tried to delete old file but when I turned computer on red sceen apeared help

I have a Dell D620 latitude I deleted old files I thought, when I turned the computer a red screened appeared help how do I make it go back to my page

Just old files that were no good to open disk space at least I thought

Look like you will need to reinstall the os/apps because it sound like you delete some important files.
