Trouble with Firefox

Everytime i reboot my mac laptop its not in my sidebar anymore im running mac OSX 10.1, and when i find the browser again it dosent show the browser buttons. it works fine thats why im typing on it now, its just annoying because i also cant browse for new skins cause it wont show up in there. Any help will be appreciated.

I haven't used firefox so I have no idea, I just love to take cheap shots at macs because I despise them so It is good to know you don't use safari though, that thing just plain sucks.

Ya im gettin realy pissed at this mac ive probably had to reininstall os 30 something times and im not exagerating, ive never had a problem with my pc's. I was trying to do the update but some kind of error so it wont let me upgrade to 10.1.5, i was gonna see how camino worked, but owell. i mostly use it for schoo anyway.
