Hello, quick question that may or may not have a solution. I have an older Polaroid HDTV, 1080i. It has an optical output for audio as well as the RCA component white and red. I have had a Sony soundbar plugged in via the optical cable. The sound bar has auxiliary, HDMI, and optical inputs available. I just recently got an older stereo system with 2 speakers that I've connected to the TV's RCA red/white output.
My issue is that when both the sound bar and the stereo/speakers are on, one is lagging/offset from the other by a fraction of a second. It is very noticeable and prevents me from putting on both. I got the stereo/speakers because I wanted more sound in addition to the soundbar, but on their own it's no better. I don't know if this is a common issue, I didn't even know how to search for it so I figured I'd just post and hope someone could help me out. Thanks in advance!
