Trust headset not reconize

Hello guys, can you please help me. I got Dell Latitude E5550 and buy a headset http/trust.com/17591 whit windows 8.1 but when I connect headset in usb got massage USB DEVICE IS NOT RECONIZE, I try almost everything windows update, download all Dell drivers, some hotfix from Microsoft but same again. Reinstall the windows

The Trust website does not list 8.1 as supported so perhaps you just need to contact them for updated drivers?
