Turns itself on

i have ipaq 3715
for some reason it has started to turn itself on for no reason?help...
its not connected or running any alarm software, not sure why?

...try a soft reset, and then see if it still does it.

In addition to the other suggestions, check your ActiveSync and Inbox
settings. If you have either of those on the device set to check
automatically, it will wake the device up. Even if you haven't enabled
them, double check. I've seen te AS autosync check itself before - or,
at least checked by some other process.
