TV & DVD/VCR combo

I Have a Sanyo Model DP46848 TV & a Funai model ZV427FX4-A DVD Recorder/VCR. How do I hook them up, set up both the DVD & VCR so they will both work? The DVD part works but the VCR doesn't.

Looking at pictures, your DVD/VCR has standard RCA red-white-yellow inputs and outputs. Can't find info on your TV, but I would say - if DVD works, it means your TV "sees" your DVD/VCR, so for not vorking the problems is internal to the unit, not to the TV or the connection.

The VCR may only output via the AV connection.
The DVD would output via the HDMI or the AV connection.
Leave the DVD/VCR connected via HDMI for best picture on DVDs. Add the AV connection for VCR viewing.
