Solved! TV has noticeable near transparent lines, can this be fixed?

Hi, I have had my RCA TV for a few weeks now and I have just noticed some particular lines sprung across my display, at first I thought it may have had something to do with my HDMI cord so I switched it to no change wondering if anyone could shoot me an answer to what this might be and if there are any solutions to fixing it. Strangely the lines only seem to appear while on certain colours which wonder if it is a case of burn in?

If it is a burn it's not fixable if you doesn't want to replace the whole screen but then it's better to just buy a new one. It could be the one of the chips in the TV or the device your using and if it is any of that you could replace them with good enough soldering skills
