Tv not getting signal

What do I need do when tv (Sony KP-43HT20) is not getting signal from converter (KCPI DT504)? Both tv n converter cut off/out after seconds! Been without tv for last few days.

If there has been no change in your antenna then my first thought would be a bad converter box. If you have any other source such as a DVD then try that to make sure that the TV is still working OK. If you have another TV try the converter box on it.
