TV takes hours to turn on

So our tv (VU/Hisense 50 inch led ) doesn't turn on like it used it in a few seconds..instead it literally takes hours to turn on.So me and my dad did some research and came to know it was a common prob ...well not for us.It told us to check for blown capacitors, and we found none.Just to be on the safe side we replaced all the big capacitors (8 of them) hoping it would turn on but it didn't.Can anyone help us figure this out.It has been like this for over a month and the TV is out of warranty.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks
