Two audio devices using extend screen

I have a HDTV connected to my graphic card through HDMI cable and 5.1 speakers connected through audio(green)/aux cable. I`m using "Extend screen" option. Usually i have to switch between TV and speakers depending on which screen i`am using at that time. Is it possible to play ,lets say, youtube audio only through TV and simultaneously other audio source through speakers?
