Unable to determine motherboard

Hi,

I got a laptop that died on me and I am thinking of replacing the motherboard. The laptop isnt turning on so I cant see the motherboard on windows. In addition, the serial number isnt on the motherboard. I was hoping someone might recognise the motherboard from the pictures below.

Hi it was a custom built laptop that I got from ebay. It doesnt have a brand.
