Unable To Install Virtual Audio Cable "Cannot install device 0/1072"

So I've uninstalled it quite a long time ago because I Simply wasnt using it and recently came accros the need to use it again so I said well why not install it lol So I downloaded it and tried to install it and I get THIS error Cannot install device (0/1072 - The specified service has been marked for deletion.) So I downloaded CCleaner and cleaned Temp files and it still shows up, Any idea how to fix it? or perhaps I didnt delete the files with CCLeaner correctly?

BTW I did went through regedit found the folder and deleted it
And even removed it from last key used so I have no idea whats going on
