Unable to restore my Acer Backup files located in my external drive. I have backed up latest files on Drive F are called NEW Backup 2014-11-07 20-34-58_C_1NBF
i HAD DONE A DISC COPY AND NOT A FILE COPY.
cAN YOU RETREVE INDIVIDUAL FILES FROM A DISC COPY?

How you have made this "Disk Copy"? Did you use some special utility?
How many files are there in the backup? What is their file name extension?
