Unknown 24pin connector (Seasonic X-650 KM3)

Can anybody identify this connector attached with this second hand Seasonic PSU I got:

Seller said it came with this 24pin cable but I'm wondering what its for and why it didn't come with a black one because I got the KM3 variant.
I'm suspecting its a Japan version but whether its using Seasonic grade parts or not is not yet clear.
I hope somebody could make this connector clear to me and if I could replace this cable elsewhere?

Doesn't seem to explain why there's that extra cable.
Anyway, I think its safe to use though owltech said its a japan capacitor variant instead of the usual seasonic US capacitors. Not sure how safe I am by using this though.
