Unlock Shaders - XFX Radeon HD 6950 (HD-695X-CDFC)

Hey, I was wondering if it is possible to unlock the shaders on this card.

There is no Dual-bios switch; however, I've heard that it might still be possible to unlock. Can anyone confirm this?

Does anyone know if this card is laser cut?

I wouldn't try it because if you brick it your out of more money than buying a higher end card to begin with.
