Question Unusable laptop

Out of nowhere my screen decides to just completely bug out and freeze the only solution I found was to reset but this was only temporary and the problem came back. This started out of nowhere yesterday and restarting it doesnt change a thing anymore.
I have a Lenovo yoga 910 which I use quite alot.
I for some reason cant insert an image of it basically my screen gets a zig zag pattern half of which is a pale version of my desktop and the other half is black with many white spots that are bugging around the screen. If anyone can help me with this that would be greatly appreciated.

Since it only have integrated gpu, it look like ram issue.

Possibly. Today the screen was working fine again but as I put my laptop down to get up something similar happened except for the screen went green.
