Upgrade Toshiba Satellite L300

I Have a Toshiba Satellite L300 , i like to do some upgrades in my laptop
can anyone suggest any part or features that i can upgrade , other than hard disk (i recently upgraded it)

specifications of my laptop
Processor Intel Pentium Dual Core t3400
Ram - 2Gb + 2 GB (ddr2)
Hdd - 500 GB
Os -Windows 7
Optical Drive - DVD RW
wifi 802.11a/g/n
Webcam - 0.3 MP

no Bluetooth

You can upgrade your RAM to 8GB (but depends on the model number). You can replace your Hard disk with SSD. Except these two I cannot think of any, maybe you can upgrade your GPU but not sure.

Lemme know the exact model number like Satellite L300-147. If you would like to check about the memory and SSD upgrade then try Crucial, memorystock etc. (click on the highlighted words for links)
