Upgrading Laptop screen

hi guys would it be possible to upgrade my laptops screen (acer 5755g)?
this site sells a replacement screen

i found this on amazon

it seems to have the connector in the same place. would it be possible to put this screen into my laptop?

Actually no you can not. While the connectors may be in the same place, it doesn't mean it will work.

Like Diox55 said, it could be possible but it is a risk on whether you wanna spend the money.

Hi, you can't put a 1080 screen in your laptop, your laptop use only one channel for the LVDS screen, and you need two channels for the 1080 screen.
