Hi guys I have toshiba satellite s55-a5169 with screen resolution 1366*768. I want to know is it possible and how much it will cost to upgrade it wint full hd screen?

No, you cannot upgrade the graphics in that laptop.

Basically, only specific models of gaming laptops that costs $1,400+ will allow you to upgrade the graphics.

First of all if you could upgrade the graphics card the screen probably won't handle 1080P graphics. I'm guessing your laptop cost less then 700 and a true 1080p with a good graphics card will be close to 1000. You get what you pay for with laptops.
