I was looking at the Sennheiser HD 598, and the ATH-ad900x, but would like some suggestions on a nice pair of headphones. For a budget, I will have 200-220$, depending if the headphones have a detachable cable or not, because i'm either going to get an Antlion Mod Mic 4.0 for an attached cable, or the V-Moda BoomPro for detachable cables. For a sound card, I plan on getting a Sound Blaster Z. Anyways, I am coming from a Turtle Beach X12 and on-board sound, and am ready to make the leap, so I would appreciate it if anyone would suggest a nice pair of cans. c:

I play a lot of games, so something that is good with directional positioning will be great. I also like to listen to music with quite a bit of bass (Trap, Dubstep, EDM, Drumstep, all that junk), I quite like the bass in the Turtle Beach X12's. The bass doesn't need to be overpowering, I just need some in there. Will the Sound Blaster Z be a replacement for an external amp? Will it sound just as good?

So yeah, nice pair of headphones? Suggestions? Thanks in advanced. :D
