Uploading video to youtube is choppy.

Hey I just uploaded a video to youtube and its really choppy.
I edited it in Adobe Premiere Elements 12. I exported it to my computer in AVCHD Youtube widescreen HD and at a frame rate of 24.

I recorded with a canon vixia HF R300 at MXP PF24 in AVCHD

Can someone tell me where I went wrong.

I see the video has been removed. Do you have the option with Premiere Elements to export the video with an h.264 (.mp4) container? If yes, have you tried that? I only ask because I too have a Canon camcorder that records in AVCHD and I edit with Premiere Pro CC. I export via Media Encoder and export the files as h.264 for uploading to YouTube. Was the original footage shot at 24 fps?
