Well, I know I can not affect how soon I get it (other than signing up 
for it). I was just wondering how long it took for others.
The ToGo feature is one of the main reasons I got the TiVo (+ service). 
I am traveling a lot and this is a really nice feature that was 
advertized. What wasn't advertized was that I can not even use it yet. I 
was happily downloading the Desktop software, installed it and then 
couldn't find the TiVo - searching Google revealed the darn firmware issue.
So the above + the distored sound I experience occasionally got me 
pretty pissed off - brand spanking new toy and a lot of trouble with it 
(inclusing having to set it up at a friends place because of my Vonage 
line). It's not like the TiVo thing was just released - I was hoping for 
a much more mature technology by now. :-|
