USB 2.0 ports not working

Hey guys, so I have the Acer Aspire V Nitro Black Edition VN7-791G. Formatted my PC, re-installed Windows 10, installed all drivers and my USB 2.0 ports don't work! Please help me, losing my mind with this... I put anything in (headphones, pendrives, external hard drives) nothing happens, not even in Device Manger...

P.S.: 3.0 ports work though

Couldn't find any

Download and install the first application The driver utility and that should show you which drivers your need.
