USB boot not supportable

I am using dell inspiron 3000 series, GPT type hard disk.I have formatted the partition in which windows was installed and all others (recovery and all)except one which contains my important documents. Mistakenly, I have deleted boot option priority from BIOS and can't boot the windows from usb drive. Now, I don't know what to do. Any help is appreciated, please help me install windows step by step.

Why not simply go into the BIOS and undo what you did or reset it to defaults?
