They should, but they actually don't recognise their hardware correctly and present them with conflicts...
Go here /or at whatever regional toshiba site is best for you/ and download what you need:

A note: Probably the conflict is created by another piece of hardware, like WiFi card or Bluetooth coonection card - they all mess up in Toshiba laptops
- so download and install their drivers and there's a good chance that your problem will go away. And first of all you'll need to install the right chipset driver too.
