I tried switching from USB3 To USB2 ports, used microsoft's fix it program and it didn't work it found the problem but it couldn't fix it.
It said it couldn't be recognised.
The headset is working fine ( http
/prntscr.com/5ly9r8 ) I can hear sound through it and all the lights on my headset are lighting up. but when I add in the headset wire it won't install.
The headset is the Z22 there is a wire where the headset plugs into the hub and I can hear the volume through it but the mic won't work? Any help.
