I haven't Samsung HDMI flat screen TV and an RCA digital converter box I don't know what remote I have to use to change my channels volume and Power

What's the model number of your Samsung TV? If it has an ATSC (digital) tuner, I don't see the need for the digital converter box. If it does not have an ATSC tuner, then you would need to use the set top box to change channels.
