Using PC as viewfinder with camera

I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ70 camera.I want to be able to use my PC as a viewfinder as the camera doesn't have a flip-out screen. Is there a way to do this without being too compiclated? I only have a basic understanding of how the camera works so please do not go into too much detail- I won't understand

Looking around...I'm not seeing anything that says you can tether that camera.
