Using soundbar via HDMI ARC and internal TV speakers simultaneously

Hi,
I have a Philips 49PUS7503 connected to a Samsung HW-N400 via HDMI ARC.
The internal TV speakers automatically turn off when using this audio output.
Is there any way to use the soundbar with HDMI ARC but have the TV speakers operating simultaneously?

Any advice would be appreciated

If the TV won't allow you to do it you can't do it.
Using the TV speakers at the same time won't make it sound better and may add an echo. That's why they make you turn them off.
