Solved! VAIO flip 15. High Specs but games are very slow and keeps lagging.

I have a laptop with high specs including 12GB Ram, i7-4500U CPU @1.8GHz and SSD as well as a NVidia GT735M.

But I cannot run any game properly. It keeps lagging between the game. What should I do?
