vcr/dvd won't record one certain channel

I have three vcr/dvd recorder players with a digital tuner.I get all of my local channels,but about two weeks ago I couldn't get one of the local channels.This is not on just one vcr,but all of them.They did change one of their antenna tv stations from channel 33-3 channel 15-1.I asked the station on facebook if that could affect my vcr and they said no.Any help would be Greatly Appreciated.

Try running the channel scan again to find the changed channel. You have to do that with digital tuners.

I have ran a scan on the tv and the vcr/dvd.The tv and the vcr picks up all of the channels,even the new one.when i try to record on the main channel from that station which is ch.3 it just records blank screen.If i try to record its sister station ch 33-2 it records. I have been recording on vcr ever since we just had analog,and never had this problem.I run a channel scan everyday thinking maybe something will click,but so far nothing.

So you can watch channel 3 but not record it? Very odd.
If not then check to see if channel 3 is now relocated onto another channel that your scan did detect but with a different number.

I did that and 3 is still 3,but in order to get 3 on the vcr i have to hit on 10 and it sends me to 3.I can then go to 10 and it is 10.I can record 3 if I leave the tv on and hit record,but not on timer.Yes it is weird.I am going to ask the FCC Monday if they might know what is going on ?
