How can you give a 4G award to a circuit switched carrier without broadband aggregation and at speeds less than 100Mbps?

Unfortunately, you guys did not use a Carrier Aggregation device on Sprint, (every device released this year on Sprint has CA support) that would effectively double Sprint's average speeds in most places tested, putting them neck and neck with Verizon and Tmobile.
