Will my Verizon sim card work in a Kyocera hydro android phone?

It isn't the kind of phone you need to worry about, it is the carrier/service provider you are getting the phone through (or got it from). Phones are made CDMA or GSM by what carrier/service provider they are through. Once it is made to work with one or the other, it can't be changed.

Verizon is a CDMA carrier/service provider, so you would have to have a phone that came from another CDMA carrier/service provider.
