So first things first I recently got a new monitor Asus Nvidia G-Sync and I had to completely uninstall my drivers to get it to work and ever since I try to record on it my fps goes from 144 to 13 when really it should only drop maybe 10 fps I use Dxtory I also tried Shadowplay still same problem. I spoke to someone at Nvidia but they didn't seem to know so I don't think it's the monitor as I disabled G-sync in the control panel and it still happened. There is really no reason why I'm getting 13fps the second I hit record I've been trying to figure out what it is the past 2 days now but nothing any help would be much appreciated as I want to be able to record my games also the fps drops in every game I try to record.

Here is specs if that helps at all:

i7 4960x @3.60ghz
Asus Rampage IV black
Asus GTX Titan Black
Corsair H110
Corsair AX1200i
Kingston HyperXBeast 32gb
250gb Samsung Evo
4Tb WD
Asus 24" VG248QE Monitor with NVIDIA G-SYNC
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

EDIT: I rolled driver back to 335.23 and now the fps doesn't drop it stays at around 135 - 144 and records at 30 fps but when I play the video back in sony vegas it's showing the recording at about 23- 25 fps instead of 30 like it was recorded at and it looks a little laggy so I am completely out of ideas.

I used to use Fraps but I prefer Dxtory as I can split out my audio with it but It shouldn't be capped at 13fps as I was able to record before fine while still getting 100+ fps and being able to record at 30
