Video seek bar problem

I recorded a video with my webcam but for some reason when i play it in any video player the seek bar has an issue. it's not reflecting the real length of the video you can see it moving from 0 to the end in maybe 10 seconds and then i cannot use it to move the video to the scene i want, cant fast forwards or anything... any fix?

I found a fix... i simply made a copy of the video and it fixed the problem...
