HP laptop Windows 10 playing all forms of video in black and white only if its being charged

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- First is to try a different video player. (VLC or Quicktime)
- If the same problem will persist do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Do check Programs and Features as well and uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Next is to download and install the latest driver. (Nvidia or AMD)
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If it does your last option would be to reinstall Windows.
- If resetting your laptop will also not work, do try a different AC adapter that has the same voltage.
- Do also try watching videos without the battery connected but just the AC adapter.
