Virtual Box Install 64 bit operating system

I can t install 64 bit operating system on my Oreacle Virtual Box.There is not 64 bit systems on the list when i making new machine.I ve got 64 bit operating system and processor.What is the problem?I reinstalled Vbox and expansion pack too.🙁

Virtualizing a 64 bit operating system requires the use of the microprocessor's virtualization extensions. Make sure that these are enabled in the system setup.

The CPU feature VT-X is required. Older 64-bit CPUs may not support this. As noted above, it also needs to be enabled in the BIOS.
