I don't know anything about it, but you never know!

Did you try deinstalling the player and codec packs, system restart and reinstall, system restart.

Did you create the files yourself?

Yes?

With what?

Can you play the files with the recorder (camera, or whatever)?

Did you have software that came with?

Did a player came along with it?

Can you play your files somewhere else (not online as you did)?

Could you create another one and give it a try?

Could be x32 vs x64, but I don't think so.
