VSX-921K doesn't turn off/ improperly turns on

Hi! My receivers been acting strange. When i turn it on and wait a couple of seconds, a click is made but no sound comes out of my speakers. Then, I unplug and replug the receiver, and it turns back on. The click comes and the speakers now work fine. When I try to turn off the receiver, it doesn't let me, either by remote or manual switch. I have to unplug it, replug it, and then press power to turn it off. What's going on here?

Power relay or the components that drives it. See you have two on/off switch, one manual and one remote in which is tied to control module that relay electrical power when it's needed. Have it look at by service technician.
