Want to use international nexus 5 with AT&T in the US

Hello, I have a LG Nexus 5 bought here in India. I am now going to the United States. I want to know how I can buy an AT&T card there to be used with my phone. I searched the at&t website but I could not find my phone in the list of compatible devices. I know it is possible to bring your own device to at&t, but I want to know if my phone is compatible, and also the details of the various plans, since I could not find it anywhere on the website. Nexus 5 will work flawlessly on the AT&T LTE network and HSPA+. Please do remember that this is not a AT&T branded device, so there not much support for it, which means you'll have to get a hold of Google or find solutions for the phone if you encounter issues with it.
