I was resetting my grandson's Acer Aspire E15 to factory settings everything looked fine and it stopped half way through and the screen said something happened and there was a cancel button only so I canceled. Now it won't reboot, When I turn it on it shows the Acer screen and says preparing automatic repair then goes to a screen that says Diagnosing PC then goes to a screen Automatic Repair PC didn't start correctly and that has restart or advance options buttons. At one point it said it was not bootable and another point it said windows locked. I have tried everything. PLEASE help me! It was working perfectly before I did this :-(
I am at a loss, I don't know what to do from this point. It has windows 8.
