Question Wavecom Fastrack M1206B

Does anybody have installer for Wavecom Fastrack M1206B, on some forums they told that it is a plug and play device, but when i try it to my PC [win11], it shows a warning logo telling that is now installed properly.

Also, who are the SMS messages for?

Were you successfully using prior to Windows 11?

Thats the only device that i`ve got,

the messages is for the text blast, im doing attendance monitoring system

last OS that it work is from Win 7, im try it on win11 because the the previous server went down,
