Wd external hard drive problem

Hello, can anyone help with this problem?.. when i plug my wd hard drive in it loads fine but after less than a minute it brings up a message saying we are sorry for the inconvience/ ie it has to close and says "send error report".. ive tried reading the error report but cant make head nor tail of it.. if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Try it in a different computer, does it give the same message there?
