Web browsers crash instantly

Hello there,
Just yesterday, I installed win7 pro on a new PC
This morning I installed all windows updates
The problem starts when I open any browser, it just crashes instantly.
Inittialy, IE was the only one working, but then that failed too, have also tried Chrome and Firefox.
Any idea what this might be, and how I can fix it?

Pc had other problems such has constant BSOD and recurrent failures in win updates, so I decided to format the god damn disk, and I'm gona install win7 pro again
