Webcam makes weird buzzing noise

I just bought a new webcam-Genius FaceCam VGA 322 which has a built in mic , and when i tried talking to my friend on skype he sad he can hear some weird buzzing sound, but when i turn off my webcam he can hear my normal. I tried moving the webcam from my speaker(which are built in my monitor), and still it makes the sound. I even tried adjusting the sound on my mic and again the same thing. Then i plug in my headset and again the sam buzzing sound !! What should i do?????
