Hi, I work in a cafe. We need something to allow us in the kitchen to see out in the cafe. We are not allowed to store the footage.
We basically want a camera not the front giving us a live feed in the kitchen. Don't need sound. Was thinking of a baby monitor but the screens are soo small.

How good does the picture need to be?

Old TV, and a cheap security camera with a composite (yellow RCA) video output, and a bunch of cable. Picture won't be too great, though.

If you have a spare computer, just get a webcam and a long USB cable, or if you are talking longer than ~5m, an ethernet camera like http/www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1049761-REG/ubiquiti_networks_aircam_performance_1mp_720p.html
