What computer set up should i get to run diablo3 ?

hello everyone,
my wife bought me diablo3 for my B day. now im running into a problem, i dont know if my computer will run it(toshiba satelight E100) do you think it will handle it ?

OR

i was thinking of getting a new computer with a budget of $1000 what kind of computer could i get, that could run diablo smoothly?
