What could be the reason for a iPad, tablet, or even a phone to be really slow charging up.

I have an Samsung 4 phone in which I just bought a new battery for it. It along with my Samsung tablet & my Apple I-pad are all three very, very slow at recharging. I plug them up overnight & in the morning their not fully charged. What must I do? Help please!!!!!

Are you sure that you got the right batteries? If you got aftermarket ones that may well be the problem, as they are kind of hit or miss with working correctly. You may need to return them and get OEM batteries
