What does lan not connected mean

Hello, getting a pop-up that says "wi-fi connected but LAN not connected". What does that mean and how do I fix it? Everything is securely plugged in.

means your ethernet connection is empty. since you are using wireless, you dont need it to be on the internet. dont worry about it.

(its the socket that looks like an oversized phone socket.)

Its the message you get when the internet is not connected to your Ethernet connection. As you are connecting via your wireless connection you can disregard this message.
