What DVD do i need to make a recovery disc on an asus laptop?

Hello,
I have been trying to make a recovery disc on my brand new asus laptop, but it keeps saying that it fails and it needs to reburn dvd-1, what is wrong?

Have you tried any others? try nero and see if that works

I have the same problem as dani 042 and i think should be restart and do it all over... I also not sure what I did wrong

This is a common issue with Asus laptops. Various error messages including "backup deleted" but the end result is it will not make the recovery disks. I have worked on several Asus laptops and never had one to successfully make the disks.
Asus will gladly sell you the disks for a whopping $50.
